A pure rice saké that is brewed with the original flavor of rice and creates a flavor that makes the food stand out. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel a slight banana scent. The sweetness of the plump rice and the faint bitterness are the points. The aftertaste is clean and short, and you can enjoy the afterglow that goes through your nose.
It is especially recommended to match with strongly seasoned dishes. It brings out the umami of both food and sake in a wide range of dishes, such as ginger-fried horse mackerel, fried horse mackerel, and sukiyaki.
