Aromas of toffee, muscovado sugar, pencil shavings, pineapple and cinnamon fill the nose. The palate offers notes of peppercorn spice, cinnamon, passion fruit and citrus.</span></p>

How we like to drink it

THE LOVERS DAIQUIRI

60 ml The Lovers Rum
30 ml Fresh Lime Juice
2 tsps Sugar (preferably from Sugar Cane)

Place all ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Stir well until the sugar has dissolved. Fill shaker with cubed and crushed ice (50:50). Shake enthusiastically until the shaker is frozen. Double strain into a pre-chilled glass.
