The gift packs’ sustainable design means that the outer packaging can be filled with soil, providing a base for seeds to grow or as a stylish home for pre-potted plants. This gift-pack is a first for us: by creating packaging that can be reused, we hope to encourage people to both invest in and reconnect with nature.

NOSE
Immediately a bouquet of herbal freshness, juniper and sweet citrus come to the fore.

PALATE
Rich and mellow, cool on entry then warming
across the palate, stimulating the taste buds with a
round mouthfeel and citrus freshness. The balance
and complexity are distinctive.

FINISH
Relaxed and balanced. Water mint, hawthorn,
wood sage, sweet cicely, cinnamon, citrus, soft
juniper – a harmonious combination held together
with a gentle, satin soft texture.

How we like to drink it

THE ELDERFLOWER & MINT MARTINI

50ml The Botanist Gin
10ml dry vermouth
5ml elderflower liqueur
Sprig of mint

Stir ingredients with plenty of ice in a mixing jug. Strain into a chilled Nick and Nora glass. Garnish with fresh mint.
