This wine comes from our vineyard certified by BioGro for organic farming practices and Demeter for biodynamic certification, located in the Bendigo sub-region of Central Otago. After careful site selection, the vineyard was planted in 1998. The beautiful north-facing slopes of this vineyard feature soils composed of alluvial deposits and a mixture of Waenga fine sandy loam. This sparkling wine is produced using a blend of Pinot Noir (clones 10/5, 115, 777, 667, and clone 5) and Chardonnay (clones B95 and 15). The planting density is 3800 vines per hectare, at a latitude of 44.55 degrees south.

Alcohol content: 12.5%.

This sparkling wine is an embodiment of elegance and finesse. It displays a pale yellow color with delicate aromas of green apple, accompanied by a hint of zesty lime and creamy bread notes. On the palate, the wine is graceful and utterly enjoyable. The refreshing and vibrant acidity adds liveliness to the overall experience. It is concentrated, fresh, and refreshing, with a balanced and lingering finish that is both pleasing and enduring.
