Four Pillars Spiced Negroni Gin is a highly aromatic, rich and (yes) spicy gin with great power and intensity. First, we took our 9 base botanicals and upped the amount of Tasmanian pepperberry leaf and cinnamon. Then we added an exotic West African spice called Grains of Paradise. This is one of the most unusual spices in the world, with clove and Szechuan characters. But although very powerful, the spice tends to glow rather than become hot. We also decided to use beautiful organic blood oranges in the botanical basket, as well as some ginger. These wonderfully fragrant fresh botanicals help lift the spice to another level.

Nose: Lifted aromatics of lime curd, pine needles and fragrant spices Palate: The use of finger limes highlight the Asian spices such as coriander and star anise, and turmeric adds weight, and a fresh, earthy quality Finish: Incredibly smooth given the ABV, with punchy lime flavour and a vanilla character which pulls it all together

NGREDIENTS
60ml Spiced Negroni Gin
25ml fresh lemon juice
15ml sugar syrup
10ml Campari
15ml egg white
METHOD
Combine all ingredients in a shaker
Shake well and double strain into a coupette
Garnish with a dried orange slice
