How we like to drink it

Tropical Old Fashioned

Ingredients
60ml Nusa Caña Spiced Rum
20ml fresh pressed apple juice
5ml coconut syrup (Monin or similar brand)
4 dashes orange bitters
1 coffee bean
Garnish: banana leaf and dehydrated pineapple
Method
Crack the coffee bean in a mixing glass. Add all ingredients and long stir. Strain over block ice. Garnish with a banana leaf and dehydrated pineapple.
