Sunday's Spirits 與世界知名的咖啡烘焙商合作，包括 Stumptown（來自波特蘭）、La Colombe（來自費城）和 Beyond Coffee Roasters（來自日本神戶），打造了 3 個版本的咖啡燒酒。 Sunday's Coffee Shochu 目前使用 Beyond Coffee Roasters 的咖啡豆和日本兵庫縣 Tsubosaka Brewery 的大米燒酒製成。位於兵庫縣，這意味著豆類在距離啤酒廠約一個小時的地方烤製。
