This is a seasonal gin which is crafted using wild botanicals which are sustainably sourced from the Wicklow wilderness. Botanicals are picked and used the very next day to ensure they are in prime condition. With a Spring influenced gin you can expect a vibrant mix of botanicals and flowers including gorse flowers, dandelion flowers, beech leaves, sweet cicely, primrose, hawthorn leaves, woodruff leaves and flowers.
Because of natural oils present in the gorse and dandelion flowers, there may be a slight haze in the gin, especially when the bottle gets cold. This is nothing to worry about! The distillers could have filtered it to remove these natural oils but thought it best to leave in as much flavour as possible.
