Suzi Hilder and Wayne Ahrens are champions of organic and biodynamic viticulture in Eden Valley and Vine Vale, and this Riesling is a great place to start a Smallfry journey. Nashi pear along with a chalky texture, as well as the traditional lime and lemon citrus for which this area is known. Tight and driven, screaming for seafood.

Aroma of Jasmine, lemon blossom and sherbet, developing honeyed toast notes with age. Lime and lemon juice notes, some nice talcy, minerally characters with a lingering acid finish. This Riesling goes well with most seafood dishes, also delicious with Oysters, Yabbies or Grilled Whiting.
