FIELD NOTES
Wild fermented in stainless steel tank for 2 weeks on full skins. Pressed to small aged barrels for malolactic fermentation. Racked into bulk tank then placed back into small barrels for 13-month maturation. Bottled unfiltered & unfined. This is a low sulphur wine, containing less than 50mg/L of total sulphur. 


14% ABV / 750ml

A light/medium velvety red. Bi-lingual, versatile and down to earth. A quiet gathering of close friends; contemplative, embracing, curious. A dusting of spice, drying tannins and deep red fruits with lasting warmth and brightness.

Minimum compost its grape marc (the solid material leftover from pressing the grapes) to fertilize the vineyard soil, and packages using 100 per cent recyclable materials, particularly cork.
