Mermaid salt vodka at 40% abv is hand-crafted at the isle of wight distillery and shot through with a pinch of locally sourced sea salt, enhancing its smoothness and accentuating its subtle flavour.

An essential ingredient for any well stocked back bar – an ideal flavour enhancer for adventurous cocktails, or a classic dirty martini.
