Iron Balls Gin

Freshly pulped pineapple is added to the bottom of the still with their botanically steeped spirit. Distillation is continuously monitored and completed through a slow heating process, in small batches, to ensure the character and quality of the final spirit. Freshly cut and juices pineapples are slow cooking in the pot. Too much heat would result in a burnt sugar flavour and leave the pineapple flavour behind to be disposed! 

Every single bottle is checked, labelled, and roped by hand, before being shipped across the globe. There are no machines in the world that can welcome Iron Balls singular bottle shape you would find nowhere else in this world.

Iron Balls Gin是一款優質的氈酒，使用當地新鮮的原料，包括菠蘿、椰子、柑橘類水果、生薑、香茅、芫荽籽和杜松子，按照秘方精心製作而成，產地位於東南亞。

在蒸餾過程中，新鮮的菠蘿會被搗碎後加入蒸餾鍋底部，與蒸餾酒精一起蒸餾。通過緩慢加熱的方式，以小批量的方式進行蒸餾過程，不斷監測，以確保最終酒精的特性和質量。新鮮切碎的菠蘿會被慢慢熬煮在鍋中。過熱會導致燒焦的糖味，使菠蘿味道被浪費！

每一瓶Iron Balls Gin都會經過手工檢查、標籤貼上並用繩子綁好，然後運送到全球各地。世界上沒有任何機器能夠製造出Iron Balls Gin獨特的瓶身形狀。
