This is a seasonal gin which is crafted using wild botanicals which are sustainably sourced from the Wicklow wilderness. Botanicals are picked and used the very next day to ensure they are in prime condition. This is bursting with an abundance of floral aromas and young fruits reminiscent of Summer!

The nose is that of a meadow in bloom. Elderflower and primrose under pin fresh citrus and ripe green apples.

The taste is robust and powerful with a warming, growing sweetness – honey dew melon and strawberry, earthy mid notes followed by spice with zesty citrus keeping it fresh throughout.
