Inspired by his grandmother, mother and sister who read Tarot cards, David Corboda created The Lovers Rum - a blend of Latin American and Caribbean rums that's perfect for Daiquiri lovers. Aromas of toffee, muscovado sugar, pencil shavings, pineapple and cinnamon fill the nose. The palate offers notes of peppercorn spice, cinnamon, passion fruit and citrus.

How we like to drink it

THE LOVERS DAIQUIRI

60 ml The Lovers Rum
30 ml Fresh Lime Juice
2 tsps Sugar (preferably from Sugar Cane)

Place all ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Stir well until the sugar has dissolved. Fill shaker with cubed and crushed ice (50:50). Shake enthusiastically until the shaker is frozen. Double strain into a pre-chilled glass.
