A delightful collaboration between Hong Kong-based Sunday's Spirits, and Sasanokawa Shuzo distillery in Koriyama, Japan. This tasty drop is a blend of barrel-aged malt and grain spirits from around the world which have been mixed with Japanese Whisky, and matured in predominantly ex-Bourbon casks in Japan for at least three years. Aromatically, there are lovely notes of chamomile and white pepper, leading into a palate of shochu, cocoa nib, and even a hint of chilli flakes.
