The divine combination of William Downie (De Bortoli and now his own label) and Jason Searle has resulted in this purposefully affordable and definitely excellent Pinot Noir by Save Our Souls.
A light and delicate red wine, there are flavours of redcurrant and cranberry with a little oakiness. Designed to be delicious now, the wine will nevertheless evolve with up to five years in the cellar.
Rooted in the Yarra Valley and Mornington Peninsulas, Save Our Souls is a true expression of passion and friendship - the meeting of two great viticultural minds and two kindred spirits.
