A lower-ABV edition of Ron Colón Salvadoreño's Coffee Infused Rum, an impressively flavoursome spirit perfect for sipping neat or for using in cocktails. This expression features a blend of rums, including rum from El Salvador's Licorera Cihuatan Distillery and Jamaican rum, which is cold-infused with whole coffee beans to introduce those rich, roasty, fruity flavours.

 


40.5% ABV / 700ml

Coffee immediately jumps out on the nose, followed by some toasted spices, nutmeg. A sweetness is also present with vanilla and honey notes. Toasted coffee beans and milk chocolate are on the palate, along with a fruitiness in the form of pineapple and banana.

Ron Colon use Wine bottles to housse their Rum, rather than using a bespoke made glass bottle.
