This year, the Year of Rabbit 800M special edition again combines a new set of 8 botanicals, inspired by ingredients traditionally indulged during the festivities of Lunar New Year. They include, Tieguanyin (a premium Chinese oolong tea named after the Iron Goddess of Mercy), osmanthus, aged tangerine peels, juniper berries, mandarin peels, almonds, black dates and ginger.

How we like to drink it

50ml Gin
100ml Tonic

Fill a highball glass with ice, then add the gin. Top with the tonic water and gently stir. Garnish with lemon peel.
