Four Pillars Rare Dry Gin is a truly modern Australian style of gin, crafted using a combination of Mediterranean citrus, Asian spice and local Australian botanicals. Whole gin-steamed oranges and native lemon myrtle bring warm, delicious Mediterranean citrus to the fore. Cardamom, coriander, star anise and Tasmanian pepperberry leaf add a bold hit of Asian spice. Balanced, delicious and versatile, our Rare Dry Gin is at home in a perfect G & T garnished with fresh orange, a martini and your perfect gin for a negroni cocktail.

NOSE
The juniper is light and sweet, supported by touches of chopped mint, fresh citrus and floral hints.

PALATE
It opens with candied peels and angelica, with warm cinnamon and white pepper building to a spicy mid palate. Subtle fruity notes throughout.

FINISH
Suitably drying on the finish, with lasting notes of liquorice and lemon zest.
