Sipping rum with unique roots and Central American terroir

ETHICALLY SOURCED, DISTILLED IN BELIZE

Single-column distillation at Traveller’s Liquors in Belize, a country located south of Mexico and east of Guatemala. The rum is aged for 4 to 6 years in Bourbon barrels.

The palate is soft and pleasant, with the roundness of caramelised nuts. This is a rum with a light heart, which gives the oak plenty of room to detail its sweetest notes: vanilla, coconut, caramel, all of which spread smoothly over the taste buds. The finish is round, but marked by strongly toasted wood aromas.

How we like to drink it

DARK & STORMY

1 2/3 oz FAIR Belize Rum XO
2/3 oz fresh lime juice
1/3 oz sugar syrup
2 dashes of Angostura bitters Shake all 4 ingredients and pour over ice cube in a highball
Top up with ginger beer and garnish with a lime wedge
