Your order will arrive in 2-10 business days. Once the order ships, a confirmation email with tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Please note that these are estimates, not guarantees. The order processing times may be subject to delays if during holidays, new product launches, restocks and promotions.

All bottles will be packed inside our Flexi-Hex Packaging. All bottles will be carefully protected when delivered.
At the moment, we do not offer gift wrapping, however it is something we are looking into, so stay tuned.
We offer shipping to Hong Kong and Macau.
Free delivery on orders over $800. For orders under $800, we will charge $60 for delivery fee.
We will dispatch your order after 1-2 working days of you placing it.
We use SF Express to deliver our orders. If you wish to deliver to a SF locker, please enter the SF locker code and full address with your name and phone number.
If you wish to change or cancel your items, we'll do our best to arrange this for you. Please email email@example.com and we'll do our best to assist.
Returns & Cancellations
If you have a change of heart, please contact us & we will look at the best solution to get you exactly what you would like.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We are unable to refund bottles that have been opened or if they were purchased via third party sellers. We are also unable to refund Sale items.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 working days.

Green Card Loyalty Points
The Green Card is a loyalty program that allows customers to earn Points that can be redeemed for all Green Bottle products.
Everyone over 18-year-old is welcome to join the program! To join the club, simply click 'GREEN CARD' from the bottom right corner and choose 'Create a store account'. Your points will be added to your account within 7 days after you make a purchase.
You will earn 250 points when you register an account. You can check how many points a product is worth on each product page. The greener the product (check our sustainability rating), the more points you get. Points do not apply to accessories, shipping fee and carbon neutral fee. You can also earn points by writing reviews, referring your friend and entering your birthday.
It may take up to 7 days for eligible purchases or actions to post to your account. It may take 24 hours for you to be able to redeem Points once rewarded.
If you have concerns that a purchase or other action was not properly applied to your Member account, you should contact us at email@example.com and provide your name, address, phone number, and email address associated with your account, the date of the alleged purchase or action, and the issue(s) you encountered.
Yes - Points earned for a purchase that is the subject of a return, refund, cancellation or declined credit card, will be deducted from your account in the amount equal to the points earned during the original transaction (including any bonus points that may be applicable).
While your membership may remain open, Points will expire after twelve (12) months of inactivity, a period in which a Member earns no Points, makes no qualifying purchases, takes no qualifying actions, and redeems no Points.
If you decide you no longer want to be part of the Program, you may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Your email must specify your name, address, phone number, and email address associated with your account, and confirm that you wish to be removed from the Program. It may take up to 7 business days for your cancellation to complete.
