葡萄經過去莖，輕微壓碎後，在小型4噸不鏽鋼罐中發酵，定期泵送和單向跑液，溫度維持在23-25°C。在不鏽鋼罐和舊的橡木桶中陳年9個月。這款葡萄酒非常適合搭配烤肉、烤牛肉、奶酪等濃郁口感和質地的美食。
