Bollinger家族自1829年起就開始製作香檳，他們可能是最著名的家族式香檳酒莊。Special Curvée是他們的代表作，主要由儲藏酒製成，其中一些酒已經陳年超過15年。它由60％的品麵黑皮諾葡萄（加上25％霞多麗和15％梅尼耶）製成，呈現出美麗的金色。在氣味上，它展現出成熟的水果和香料的香氣，而在口感上，還有一些堅果的味道和可愛的複雜度。
