這款淡色干式玫瑰紅酒是由我們在巴羅莎山谷的葡萄園中種植的辛索品種製成。在手工收穫時，葡萄被踩在桶中，然後在葡萄皮上浸泡一夜，然後排入罐中進行野生酵母發酵和自發乳酸發酵。瓶中保存酒渣，不穩定處理，使酒具有豐富的中到後段口感。這款酒稍微有些混濁，可能會產生一點酒石結晶，但這不會影響口感。
